New developments in Miami
Miami is seeing some new and exciting building projects in development in the Miami Condominium market. Even though Miami is always attracting new and interesting residential pre-construction projects, many of the more recent offerings are drawing a great deal of worldwide attention due to their unique style, luxurious comforts, and modern amenities.
The popularity of these new properties is also leading to several current condominium complexes undergoing design modifications and facelifts as well. The previously named Infiniti II project is now being redesigned and renamed to the SLS Brickell, an offering of the Related Group who has previously constructed so many other exclusive Miami properties. Located at the prestigious 1300 South Miami Avenue address, this exclusive property will soar 51 stories into the Miami cityscape.
The Resort World Miami is a beautiful new development that will be located directly on Biscayne Bay. This Waterfront Dual-Tower Complex will boast over 50 nightclubs, restaurants and social lounges in addition to the expansive boutiques and retail galleria. The rooftop lagoon will be approximately 3.6 acres in size, even with its own beach and sunning spaces. 4 high end hotels will also be featured within this complex, making this the preferred property for the discerning Miami resident.
The new groundbreaking will begin in 2014 for the 1000 Museum Condos for sale, a design by internationally famous architect Zaha Hadid. We are lucky to have her addition to our Miami cityscape, with previous architectural achievements that include the Aquatic Center in London, England and the Broad Museum in Paris, France. This 60 story facility will include 83 townhouses, garden style floor plans and penthouse suites, all with expansive flow through designs from the Miami skyline to the Atlantic Ocean.
And then there is the new development in Miami The Bond Brickell, located in close proximity to the Mary Brickell Village. This unique property will be developed by Miami’s Rilea Group, known for their simplicity and elegance stylings. The Bond Brickell will be a combination of European sophistication with the modern appeal of the South Beach lifestyle. 323 individual residences will be offered in this 44 story complex, slated to be completed in early 2015. With well-appointed interiors and individual resident assigned parking, this property is already a very hot commodity for homeowners looking to live in the Brickell District of Miami.
Miami has everything that that you could want! With views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the downtown skyline, these new developments are attracting attention from many potential homeowners across the world!
